�Sakhalinsvyaz� telegraph is implemented using automatic system of telegrams� transmission. All telegraph traffic is transmitted and processed by ROSTELEMAIL system at X.400 protocol.

�Sakhalinsvyaz� customers can use telegraph services and send telegrams within Russia, to CIS countries and abroad:

• every 24 hours dialing �06� ("8-185" - in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk)
• from the JSC "Sakhalinsvyaz" service centers
• from communication bureaus of any city or village of the Sakhalin region
