JSC �Sakhalinsvyaz� broadcast TV and radio programs on the whole territory of the Sakhalin region. 

TV broadcasting has the following coverage (% of population)

• One TV program and more - 99,98%

• Two TV programs and more - 99,97%

• Three TV programs and more - 81,6%

• Four TV programs and more - 41,8%

• Five TV programs and more - 35,2%

The network of regional wireline broadcasting of Russian programs includes 93  towns and villages. Multi-program broadcasting exists in all 17 district centers.
The Company is moving from wireline broadcasting to ultra short waves wireless broadcasting.
